So what have we been up to? Well it's been all go this last month, upholstery :ongoing, embroidery: fun, challenging and not quite ready for exposure just yet, Glass designs: selling really well in Flux and new resin designs: curing as we speak.

Discovery on this really horribly cold and wet day, Lolita came across this little shop in Portobello, called Martha's Attic, 9 Brighton Place, just of the High street, a must! Vintage lace, threads, patterns, fabric, tins, tea cups,toys...

A bientot with some new photos!

Happy New Year!!

And it's a Happy New Year from Yves and Lolita, here is a little reminder of a few designs you will have come across this year.
New for 2011, were some little glass design necklaces and the quirky, unique Harris Tweed Collection of Bow Tie brooches and Necklaces. These were designed using fabric from a working mill on the Isle of Lewis.
What have we been up to so far? Apart from recovering from Christmas and New Year Break. Well, Yves is currently busy completing an upholstery course (Amazing!), progress report and photos to follow, Lolita will be continuing to reinvent the use of Harris Tweed through Jewellery and creating more glass designs. New for Lolita, some trial at machine embroidery!! Watch this space.

A big thank you to all our visitors for coming along last Saturday at out of the Blue Art Market. We have a stall this Saturday 10th of December, and the famous bruncheon is on with Live Music.

Our Trip to Paris

A few snapshots of our amazing trip, some Parisian's shop windows and insprirational corner of the craft and design fair: Le salon creations et savoir faire.
Four days filled, wondering round the 3rd district of Paris, le Marais, filled with hidden passages and courtyards with "createurs parisiens", galleries, boutiques... Heaven!!!
